Info popover component

An info popover is a type of popover allowing users to have more information about the element that comes before it.

An info popover is a type of popover represented by an information icon.

On click, a small overlay should be displayed.

To see details information about an element, a little info icon shall be placed next to it.

When users click on the info icon, a small overlay shall appear with information about the element.

By clicking on the icon or anywhere outside the overlay, it should disappear.
