Settings view pattern

The settings view is the view associated with the setting app.

The settings view uses a hierarchical layout to display content. When users click on the settings app icon, they shall have a list of all the settings apps.

When an app is selected, a list of settings shall be shown in the next pane. If users select a setting, they shall be able to edit it and/or see more information in another pane.
